Rock Your Strategy is devoted to the OGSM approach to strategy as we believe it is one of the most effective methods to winning. We guide you through the process of developing, communicating and executing strategies by providing explanations, tools & templates, examples and useful tips. 

At Rock Your Strategy, we are not the ultimate experts at strategy and we don’t pretend to be. We are regular guys with MBAs who have worked in business our entire careers while contributing to many projects - large and small.

We have often been frustrated with strategy and its lack of execution. We thought there must be a better way. And we found one. We have since developed and executed strategies countless times. On this site, we'll primarily share our personal experiences, thoughts and opinions regarding strategy and the OGSM process & toolbox. We'll quote public sources and authors we admire where helpful.

We'll share what has worked for us and what hasn’t, what pitfalls to avoid, and what best practices to double-down on. So that you don’t need to waste your time making the same mistakes we have already made.
